Randolph J. Dubitsky Randolph J. Dubitsky is the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the Advanced Technology Academy. He reports to the Executive Director. Mr. Dubitsky is additionally responsible for Lake Superior State University compliance, Academy Board of Director relations and governmental relations. He is the Academy’s Civil Rights Officer and Freedom of Information Act Officer. Mr. Dubitsky serves as Academy athletic director. Randolph Dubitsky is a former senior staff attorney and special assistant prosecuting attorney for the Third Judicial Circuit Court. Dubitsky is a former member of the Dearborn and Henry Ford Community College Board of Trustees. He is a past president of the Dearborn Bar Association. Dubitsky currently is a member of the Dearborn Plan Commission and the Michigan Child Support Leadership Council. Mr. Dubitsky holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Detroit. He has done additional graduate work at Western Michigan University as well as Executive Education at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Dubitsky is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Robert Wittmann He is responsible for budget development, financial procedures, and reporting. He provides monthly detailed statements of all revenues received. He oversees the development of all fiscal compliance matters, including the development of appropriate policies and procedures. He assures that annual audits are conducted in compliance with state laws and regulations. He helps determine how best to disburse the available cash against the appropriate expenditures in order to prevent cash shortfalls prior to receiving state aid payments.

Judy Kingery She serves as the liaison between the Academy and Lake Superior State University for LSSU course assignments. She also has primary responsibility for student record keeping including enrollment, attendance, and transcripts. She is responsible for audit compliance with Wayne County and the Michigan Department of Education. She develops and maintains the Student Management Information System.
